Leo K Yohan

Co-Founder & CEO, Levich

Biography

Leo K Yohan is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Levich, the engineering arm your business never had. Before founding Levich, he spent 18 years as an engineer and technology leader at Bosch, Intel, and Philips, working across embedded systems and wireless technology after completing his engineering degree in Electronics and Communication and a Master’s in Embedded and Wireless Systems.

That background shapes how Levich operates today. He leads the company’s strategic direction, embedding fractional CTOs and dedicated engineering teams directly into client businesses to learn the domain, identify the root problem, and build systems that solve it for the long term, the same discipline that large-scale engineering organizations demand, applied to businesses that have never had access to it.

Under his leadership, Levich’s engagements span finance operations automation for Silicon Valley startups, agriculture operations software deployed across thousands of acres, and healthcare MSO workflow systems, reflecting a business first approach to technology that prioritizes real operational impact over generic solutions.

Leo writes on strategy, positioning, and how businesses should think about technology partnerships, drawing on nearly two decades of engineering experience and his work building Levich into a trusted engineering partner for companies that have outgrown freelancers and agencies.
