This website, levich.co, is operated by Levich Solutions Private Limited ("Levich", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in India with its registered office at GoSpaze Coworking Centre, First Floor, Lobby A, East Wing, Neil Rao Towers, 117 & 118, Rd Number 3, Vijayanagar, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through levich.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to levich.co. Our product ZlyntOffice has its own privacy policy at zlyntoffice.com/privacy, and our Revenue Cycle Management services have their own policies at levichrcm.com. Information we handle for clients during an engagement is governed by the agreement with that client.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in a contact form, book a call or email us, we collect the details you provide. This usually includes your name, email address, company name, phone number and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit levich.co, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time spent on them and the website that referred you. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, managed through Google Tag Manager. The analytics tools we currently use are: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiries and schedule calls you request;
- discuss, prepare and deliver our services;
- understand how visitors use levich.co so we can improve it;
- keep the website secure and prevent misuse;
- send you updates about Levich, only where you have agreed to receive them, with an option to unsubscribe in every message;
- meet our legal obligations.
Why we are allowed to use it
We process personal information on the basis of your consent, or for legitimate uses permitted under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, such as responding to information you have voluntarily provided. For visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run levich.co and our business, such as hosting, analytics, email and scheduling providers, under agreements that require them to protect it;
- authorities, where the law requires us to;
- a buyer or successor, if Levich is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
International transfers
We are based in India, and some of our service providers operate in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client information is kept for the period set out in the client agreement or required by law.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- raise a grievance with us, and with the relevant data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our response;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf, where Indian law allows.
